By using FitCheck AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What FitCheck does
FitCheck estimates clothing sizes from your measurements and generates virtual try-on images
using AI. Size recommendations and try-on images are estimates and may not be accurate.
They are for guidance only; always check a retailer's own size chart and return policy before buying.
2. Your responsibilities
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to upload photos, or have the consent
and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to do so.
Provide accurate information and use photos you have the right to use.
Only upload photos of yourself for try-on; do not upload photos of other people without consent.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use it unlawfully.
3. Subscriptions (FitCheck AI Pro)
FitCheck AI Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered as monthly and
yearly plans. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours
before the period ends.
Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel
a subscription.
4. Free tier
Some features are available a limited number of times for free. Limits are enforced by our
backend and may change. Pro removes these limits per the plan you choose.
5. Intellectual property
FitCheck and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Images you generate for personal
use are yours to keep and share; you grant us and our processors the limited rights needed to
generate them.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by
law, we are not liable for purchasing decisions made using size or try-on estimates, or for any
indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the app, and may suspend access for misuse. Continued use after
changes means you accept the updated Terms.
